01.The brief
Eleven ski areas, as many sites, and a skier who recognised nothing from one stay to the next.

Unify without flattening
Every resort had built its site at its own pace, with its own agency and its own habits. The group wanted a shared experience without erasing what makes each massif singular. We began by listening to skiers, then to the resort teams, before drawing anything.
We laid down a white-label design system and a shared art direction. That base lets the experience be extended to a new ski area season after season, keeping overall coherence while letting each massif keep its character.

03.The product approach
Design an experience platform from the field up.

Listening to skiers, on the slopes
Three weeks of interviews at the resort, at the foot of the lifts and in the queues, to understand what people are really after before they leave.
Laying a base of components
A minimal design system, drawn to carry eleven identities: the same templates, with colours and photos that change.
Our approach: design as a tool for understanding, structuring and accelerating.
001.
Eleven brands, one promise
Find what had to be shared by every ski area, and what had to stay each one’s own.
002.
Teams that were not working together
Eleven local teams, no shared habits, and different tools from one resort to the next.
003.
A season that will not wait
A failed launch in December costs a whole season. We had to ship in stages.

04.The outcome
The ski pass, gone digital

Rolling out resort by resort
A first pilot resort before opening, then a rollout in waves, each one fixing what the previous had revealed.
05.Our impact
11
ski areas brought onto one component base.
×2.4
of ski passes sold online in the first season.
-38%
less time to put a new resort page online.
« Our eleven ski areas finally speak with one voice, and each resort keeps what makes it different. »
