One account, six sets of rules
The pass bought at Tignes was useless at Val d’Isère. We took the sign-up journey back to its first question, looking to ask as few as possible.
We went back through the journey question by question, keeping only those the sale really depended on, and reconciled existing accounts without asking skiers for anything again.
